Why Metrapanel?
Kiwi ingenuity strikes again! After 150 years of timber-framed homes it’s time for a change. Panelwood Homes use high density Metrapanel walls, ceilings and floors - the walls are so strong that kicking them will only break your foot! Another huge benefit is the extra usable floor space, this could equate to an extra bedroom in a 150m3 house.
History
Lance and Jarrod have many years of experience in the construction industry, from hands on building to project management and property development - we suggest you meet with them and then decide! Panelwood Homes initial set-up was to build transportable homes making use of the strength and durability of Metrapanel. However, the market has enjoyed our attitude and skills so much the majority of the homes we have built are Metrapanel.
